About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Recruiter
to join our
in-house hiring team at Quess
. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for junior- to mid-level positions within a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    end-to-end recruitment sourcing,
    screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Manage hiring for
    Junior, mid-level to roles a
    cross different business functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to
    understand hiring needs
    and deliver within timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for
    critical and niche roles
    .
  • Ensure
    smooth candidate experience
    throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and ensure
    on-time closures
    .

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years
    of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in staffing/consulting domain).
  • Strong expertise in hiring for
    mid-level and leadership positions
    .
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, high-volume environment
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management skills
    .
  • Immediate joiner—available
    to join this week
    .
  • Comfortable with
    5 days working from office
    at Bommanahalli.
