About the role

In this position you'll be the dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner for our technical teams. Your mission is to increase the talent density of Aspora's engineering team by hiring world-class talent while ensuring a stellar candidate experience and contributing to the development of our employer brand.

Our Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering will establish and cultivate meaningful, high trust relationships with stakeholders across our Engineering team and throughout the wider business. You will establish yourself as the beacon of light that the best Engineering talent is drawn towards

What you'll own
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Engineering roles

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture

  • Proactively source and engage exceptional talent using creative sourcing strategies, referral networks, and curated candidate pipelines

  • Work closely with Engineering leaders to understand team needs, co-design sourcing plans, and influence hiring decisions

  • Contribute to building Aspora's employer brand: host local meet-ups, attend industry events, and create content to attract the best talent in fintech

  • Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize processes and keep stakeholders updated on hiring progress

Who you are
  • 5 years of experience hiring top technical talent, with at least 2 years inhouse within high-growth fintech or tech startups

  • High level of rigour and accountability

  • Clear understanding of best practices for recruitment that you are dedicated to upholding whilst maintaining speed of execution.

  • Strong direct sourcing skills, with the ability to build and nurture candidate pipelines

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles; bonus if you've recruited for international Engineering teams for global companies.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where flexibility and adaptability matter

  • Results-oriented with a growth mindset, driven by data, continuous improvement, and stakeholder collaboration
