Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for managing Recruiting Managers and HR Managers in India at different locations.
Job duties include understanding hiring needs, assigning job requirements, prioritizing, reviewing resumes, approving final submission, coordinating interviews, finalizing hires and getting resources onboarded.
Manage the recruiting team and monitor their performance so they meet the targets set.
Effective use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitoring talent acquisition progress via ATS.
Designs, develops, and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Managing all the HR functions in the company overseeing the HR generalists and managers with respect to Employee Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Incentives, Employee engagement, Performance management, Employee retention, Employee questions/relationship, Exit process and other HR functions.
Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
Builds a quality relationship with the account managers, recruiting team, customers, line managers and external recruitment agencies.
Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
Ongoing training and guidance to recruiting team to get maximum efficiency out of the team.
Meeting the KRA and targets assigned to the Recruiting team.
Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
Making sure team uses right sourcing techniques including social media, job portals, events and other means.
Conducts job interviews for the job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
Initiating, coordinating and executing networking and recruiting events as needed.
Customer interaction and Client interfacing, as required.
Ensure compliance with any local, state or country data protection requirements, employment law and equal opportunity requirements.
Qualifications:
15 plus years of end-to-end recruiting management experience and HR management experience, preferably in the IT industry
Excellent experience team management.
Excellent experience with HR functions and understanding HR regulations and process.
Excellent understanding of Indian Labor laws and Human resource regulations.
Good experience working with global clients.
Experience working with Inhouse and Client requirements.
Aggressive and goal oriented who can turn around quality submissions in faster phase.
Experience working with multiple client requirements besides corporate needs.
Understanding of IT and Engineering job requirements.
Excellent experience working for accounts set up under Master Service Providers ( MSP)
Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate and build relationships at all levels and to link business objectives with Recruiting Strategy.
Strong conflict resolution skills and strong business strategic thinking.
Customer service experience with demonstrated ability to effectively assess customer's needs, faster response and problem solving required.
Demonstrated knowledge of co-employment practices and recruitment legalities.
Proficiency of Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking system.
History of successful performance.
High energy level and passion for identifying and bringing in the best relevant talent to continue to grow the business.
Excellent interviewing, managerial, leadership and analytical skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to consistently contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
Experience working with global teams preferred.
Bachelors degree or higher.
