We're looking for an experienced HR professional or consultant to lead and implement the next phase of our people strategy. This is a high-ownership role focused on building scalable systems, driving compliance, and professionalizing HR across all our brands.

We're open to:


• A full-time HR Head who will lead the function permanently


• A consultant or project-based expert who will act as the interim HR head during setup, with the mandate to implement, stabilize, and support transition to a long-term structure

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the design and implementation of HR systems across brands


• Own and drive:

o Structured recruitment and onboarding processes

o Leave, attendance, and grievance management

o Payroll coordination, documentation, and reporting

o Performance review and appraisal mechanisms


• Ensure compliance with:

o PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, PoSH, gratuity, and other applicable laws

Contracts, policies, and statutory documentation


• Recommend and implement or improve implementation of current HRMS/HRIS platform


• (For non-full-time roles) Act as interim HR Head during setup and transition

Who You Are:


• 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to scaling organizations


• Strong grounding in labour law compliance, documentation, and HR systems


• Strategic but hands-on — comfortable rolling up your sleeves


• Experience across multi-brand or multi-location environments preferred


• Exposure to the salon, beauty, or service-led industry in Bangalore.
