Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for the Head of Hiring. The Head of Hiring will oversee the entire recruitment process, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and maintain positive employee relations. Responsibilities include leading the HR team, designing recruitment campaigns, and improving HR systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
  • Experience in Employee Relations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
