Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Recruiter located in Bengaluru. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to hiring and onboarding. This role involves coordinating with department heads to assess hiring needs, developing job descriptions, and ensuring the best talent is acquired. The role also includes tracking recruiting metrics and refining the recruitment strategy as needed.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
- Recruiting and Hiring experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases is a plus
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment
