About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of strong IT recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing and closing niche technology roles, have excellent communication skills, and be ready to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Contract, C2H, Permanent).
  • Source candidates using multiple channels – job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, Boolean search, and networking.
  • Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary discussions, and offer rollouts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for niche requirements (Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, ERP, etc.).
  • Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely delivery on client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months – 1 year of hands-on IT recruitment experience (staffing agency or corporate).
  • Strong sourcing ability for niche IT skills (Java, Full-Stack, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
