Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent, particularly in Java, .NET, Full Stack development, and other related technologies. The candidate must also have proven experience working with corporate clients to understand their technical hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Experience: 1-3 Year only

Work Mode: On site

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and corporate clients to understand technical staffing requirements for roles such as Java Developers, .NET Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and other IT positions.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain candidate databases and generate reports on recruitment metrics to track progress and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment to provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate recruitment policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT recruiter specializing in recruiting Java, .NET, Full Stack, or similar technical roles.
  • Experience working directly with corporate clients or within a corporate recruitment environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and hiring challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for other technical roles such as DevOps, QA Automation, Cloud Engineers, etc.
  • Familiarity with technical assessments or coding challenge platforms.
  • Exposure to international recruitment or global talent sourcing.
