Business Development Executive (Profit-Sharing Basis)

About Us:

We are a government-registered contracting firm with an annual turnover of ₹3 Cr+. We execute projects in Electrical & Mechanical works, IT solutions, Equipment SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning), and AMC services for reputed government organizations such as GeM, BARC, MCGM, and other departments. We are now looking to expand our business pipeline with the right talent.

Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai

Compensation: Profit-Sharing (High earning potential )

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue government tenders and contracts in Electrical, Mechanical, IT, and AMC sectors.
  • Handle e-tendering (GeM, CPP, eProcurement portals), and client coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, consultants, and contractors.
  • Generate new business opportunities to increase turnover and strengthen company presence.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in business development / tendering / government contracting (Electrical, Mechanical, IT, AMC).
  • Familiar with GeM portal, BARC, MCGM, and other govt. tendering processes.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to work on profit-sharing model.
  • Retired professionals or independent consultants are also welcome.

Compensation Model

  • Attractive Profit-Sharing (10% to 20% of profit) based on business generated.
  • Option for a small retainer allowance (negotiable).
  • Long-term performers may be considered for partnership opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹745, ₹2,131,723.68 per year
