Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver strategic training programs aligned with Sales and Marketing objectives
  • Develop onboarding and advanced training modules for sales teams across experience levels
  • Support product launches with tailored learning solutions and readiness initiatives
  • Create engaging materials for sales presentations and team development sessions
  • Analyze performance data and feedback to refine training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with commercial goals
  • Implement digital learning platforms including e-learning and virtual modules

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong understanding of commercial operations
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective sales training programs
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills to support team development
  • Proficiency in digital learning tools, including e-learning and virtual platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Fluency in English with strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in medical devices, consumer health, IT, or automotive sectors
  • Familiarity with AI-aided learning and advanced digital training methodologies
