Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager located in Mumbai. The Area Manager will oversee the operations and performance of multiple 99 Pancakes outlets. They will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, meeting sales targets, managing staff, maintaining compliance with company policies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory, addressing customer feedback, training team members, and collaborating with the management team to implement best practices and strategies for business growth.

  • Operational skills: Proficiency in managing store operations, inventory control, and implementation of company policies.
  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams to deliver high-quality service and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer service skills: Strong focus on providing superior customer experiences and addressing customer feedback effectively.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze sales data, monitor performance metrics, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills: Adept at identifying challenges and implementing solutions to improve operations.
  • Relevant experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the F&B, retail, or QSR industry is highly beneficial.
  • Educational background: A degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple outlets.
