Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Project Manager to lead and oversee our township development project. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of construction management, and hands-on expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for 2D & 3D drawings.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of the township project from initiation to completion.
  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
  • Prepare, review, and modify 2D & 3D layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Manage and monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring timely execution as per schedule, cost, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project delivery.
  • Handle liaisoning with various government departments for approvals, clearances, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and environmental standards on site.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and billing records.
  • Lead site review meetings and communicate project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project activities align with company policies, design standards, and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in managing township or large-scale real estate projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (2D & 3D design and drafting).
  • Strong project management, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700, ₹800,000.00 per year
