Job Description – Project Head (Construction Company)

Position: Project Head

Location: Ludhiana

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000

Qualification: Diploma/Degree (Mechanical)

Experience: 10+ Years' experience in the Construction/Manufacturing Industry

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and oversee all construction projects from planning to execution.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Supervise project teams, contractors, and site engineers.

Allocate resources and monitor progress through project management tools.

Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants for smooth execution.

Implement quality control and safety measures across all project sites.

Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Drive process improvements and cost optimization in projects.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 10 years' proven experience in handling large-scale construction projects.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
