Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the MD's office. The role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and act as a trusted liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure effective time management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and follow up on meetings, ensuring minutes are recorded and action points are tracked.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Assist in strategic planning, project coordination, and performance monitoring across departments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Serve as the point of contact between the MD and department heads, clients, and vendors.
- Support HR, admin, and operational functions as directed by the MD.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure data accuracy for reports and documentation.
- Manage task tracking and follow-up to ensure timely completion of key business activities.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters with diplomacy
