We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects and resources efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects within the set timelines and budget while ensuring quality standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information across multiple projects.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that they are updated regularly and communicated to stakeholders as required.
- Monitor project progress against plans, identify and resolve project issues, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement project management processes, tools, and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Ensure project team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines, and that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, project sponsors, and vendors.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**For Freshers**:

- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, project management, or related field.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹10,286.52 - ₹25,000.00 per month
