Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our project managers and development teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality by maintaining strong communication and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing IT projects from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track project progress and create status reports for stakeholders.
  • Organize daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and meetings with project teams.
  • Communicate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure clarity on tasks and timelines.
  • Identify project risks and communicate solutions proactively.
  • Manage project documentation, reports, and timely task follow-ups.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements.
  • Work closely with the development team and QA teams for testing with project and deliveries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
