We are hiring for the position of QA/QC Engineer / Sr. Engineer Civil for our commercial-residential building project in Ludhiana.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes at the construction site.
  • Ensure materials and workmanship are in compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare quality reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Conduct and monitor testing of materials (concrete, steel, etc.) as per IS codes and project requirements.
  • Maintain all QA/QC documentation, reports, checklists, and records.
  • Support the Project Manager in achieving quality targets within project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 to 7 years of experience in QA/QC in building construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, site management, and construction materials testing.
  • Hands-on experience in commercial or residential high-rise building projects preferred.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
