Job Description:
**Title**: Project Planner

**Responsibilities**:
1. Define project tasks and develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

2. Set project goals and objectives, define roles and responsibilities, and monitor project progress.

3. Collaborate with team members to create and maintain a project schedule that will reflect their tasks and the interdependencies of those tasks.

4. Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.

5. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and manage changes when necessary to meet project outputs.

6. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

8. Report and escalate to management as needed.

9. Perform quality assurance, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.

10. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Proven work experience in project management and planning.

2. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.

5. Proficiency in project management software tools.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills.

7. Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

8. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
