What you'll learn
  1. Using Zoho (ERP + Analytics) to track vendors, follow up orders, and understand buying trends
  2. Vendor sourcing: finding suppliers, onboarding, maintaining vendor data
  3. Getting quotes, comparing prices, and negotiation basics
  4. Purchase planning, documentation, and process discipline (export context)
  5. Working with finance/logistics/operations teams to close tasks properly
  6. Using AI tools to write faster, organize better, and reduce mistakes
What you'll do (actual day-to-day)
  1. Call vendors, get quotations, and follow up until you have what's needed
  2. Update purchase and vendor status in the system (no "will do later")
  3. Track timelines and flag risks early—don't wait for someone to ask
  4. Prepare simple trackers/reports for your manager
  5. Support the team in meeting buyer timelines and documentation expectations
How we train you
  1. On-the-job training with seniors (step-by-step)System walkthroughs and practical exercises
  2. Real responsibilities from Day 1 (simple first, then bigger)
  3. Weekly feedback so you know exactly what to improve
AI + Communication
  1. We use AI heavily. You should know how to use AI tools (ChatGPT/Gemini) to communicate faster and better.
  2. Draft clear emails to vendors and itnernaitonal buyers  (quotes, follow-ups, delays, confirmations)
  3. Write professional WhatsApp messages (short, polite, to the point)

    Important: AI is a tool—not an excuse. Your messages still need to be accurate, respectful, and checked before sending.
You're a good fit if you
  1. Are a graduate (commerce/business/supply chain preferred)
  2. Are comfortable with numbers and basic Excel/Google Sheets
  3. Can communicate clearly (phone/email/WhatsApp—professionally)
  4. Are tech-savvy and open to using AI tools
  5. Take accountability: if you take a task, you finish it and update the status
  6. Want to grow long-term in procurement/operations
