Presales Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Pre-Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in preparing proposals, documentation, and client communications. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent documentation abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining sales proposals, RFP, RFQs, presentations, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical team team to understand client requirements and provide necessary support.
- Communicate with clients to gather and clarify requirements when needed.
- Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and sales-related documents.
- Conduct basic market research to support sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of pre-sales activities.
- Ensure timely responses to client queries and follow-ups.
Skill Set:
- 1-3 years' experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong documentation skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to understand technical and business requirements.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and support multiple stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a pre-sales or sales support role is a plus.
