Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Patna. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening long-term client relationships, understanding client financial needs, and offering tailored investment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new clients, providing expert guidance on mutual fund investments, monitoring client portfolios, and offering periodic updates on financial performance. The role also requires regular engagement to ensure client satisfaction and secure business growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial planning, investment strategies, and mutual fund distribution
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze financial data
  • Client management skills, with the ability to provide personalized guidance
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial management tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in wealth management or financial advisory is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to achieving objectives
