Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team on-site in Patna. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing effective sales strategies. The role involves setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing timely reports on performance. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and basic data analysis
- Team management and leadership experience
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience in the digital marketing or event management industry is an advantage
