Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing distributor/retail networks for cosmetic products in the general trade channel. Ensures achievement of sales targets, strong market execution, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for general trade to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage and grow distributor networks, wholesale partners, and retail accounts.
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales representatives to ensure high-quality market execution.
  • Monitor secondary and primary sales, stock levels, and ensure efficient distribution.
  • Drive merchandising, visibility, and promotional activities in key outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing trends, and consumer insights.
  • Ensure effective route planning, retailer engagement, and new outlet acquisition.
  • Experience in handling of larger team
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
  • 1015 years of sales experience in cosmetics, Beauty & Personal care with strong exposure to general trade.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributors.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
