Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tour Packaging Sales Executive to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel industry and experience in designing, pricing, and selling domestic and international tour packages.
Responsibilities:
Create and promote customized tour packages (individual & group)
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing travel solutions
Collaborate with vendors and hotels for cost negotiation
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain after-sales relationships for client retention
Requirements:
Proven experience in tour sales (minimum 1 years)
Strong knowledge of travel destinations and itineraries
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software)
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
