Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Travel Sales Executive to join our team at Shiva Tour & Travel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling travel packages, coordinating travel arrangements, and creating memorable experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- **Sales & Customer Service**:
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and packages to meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent service.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- **Market Research & Trends**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and competitive offerings.
- Share insights with the team to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and experiences for clients.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in travel sales or a related customer service role is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
