Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative from the travel industry to expand and strengthen our partner network across Pune, Satara, Sangli, and Kolhapur. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong business relationships, identify new B2B opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, corporates, and channel partners in the assigned territories.
Promote company travel products and services to B2B clients.
Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing partners across Pune, Satara, Sangli, and Kolhapur.
Achieve sales and revenue targets within designated areas.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the travel sector.
Generate reports on sales visits, leads, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred; specialisation in Travel & Tourism or Marketing an advantage.
Minimum 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
