**Client Acquisition and Lead Generation**
- Must be a sales hunter for new business and a new client acquisition
- Identify and pursue potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct physical meetings with clients/agents at their locations within Delhi and NCR
- Prepare Costings, Quotations and Create detailed itineraries, including travel schedules, budgets, and logistics.
- Identify and target prospective B2B travel Client/Agents, such as travel agencies, corporate Client/Agents, and other partners for UAE, Thailand and SriLanka.
- Has in-depth knowledge of and experience in online B2B distribution, excelling at lead generation, relationship building and closing deals.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Agents, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Sales Strategy Execution**:

- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s travel products and services to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to Client/Agents.

**Negotiation and Closing**:

- Lead sales negotiations, addressing client concerns, and closing deals efficiently.

**Market Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities and challenges.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Track and report sales performance, including client interactions, lead conversions, and revenue generation, using CRM and other tools.

**Time Management**:

- Time management skills: understand how to prioritize, respect deadlines

**Networking**:

- To represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client events with a focus on raising the company profile and building awareness on our brand.

- Fluency in English with Strong verbal and written (required)
