Location: Moti Nagar

Shift: 08:00 pm – 05:00 am and 09:00 pm - 06:00 am(Night shift)

Experience: 1 – 2 years in travel sales or related customer-facing sales role

Language: Spanish (fluent) & English (good working level)

We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service, innovative travel experiences and building strong relationships with our customers and partners. We are looking to add a Spanish-speaking Travel Sales Consultant to our team to support our international market during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell travel products and services (flights, hotels, vacation packages, tours, travel insurance, etc.) to Spanish-speaking customers, via phone, email or chat.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Build rapport with clients, understand their travel needs, suggest suitable options and upsell/add-ons when appropriate.
  • Handle inbound enquiries and proactively follow up on leads and outbound calls.
  • Provide accurate travel information, pricing, routing, availability and explain terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, suppliers) to ensure smooth booking and post-booking service.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints or service disruptions swiftly or escalate when required.
  • Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, promotions and supplier offers.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native) and good proficiency in English.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in travel sales, travel agency, tour operator or related sales environment.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and customer-service skills.
  • Comfortable working night shift (08:00 pm – 05:00 am & 09:00pm - 06:00am) and delivering consistent performance.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
