Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent, located in Delhi, India. The Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent will be responsible for planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services. They will also provide clients with tourism information and make arrangements for tours, ticketing, and reservations. In addition, the Travel Agent will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in reservation and ticketing systems
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
