Job Summary:

We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive who can handle customer inquiries, design domestic tour packages, convert leads into bookings, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Conversion:

  • Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, Meta Ads, calls, and website
  • Convert travel inquiries into bookings
  • Create customized tour packages based on client needs
  • Follow up with clients professionally for closing deals

Tour Package Planning:

  • Prepare quotations for domestic (Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Kashmir, Goa, etc.) and international packages (optional)
  • Coordinate with hotels, cab vendors, and DMCs for best rates
  • Share itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and final costing with clients

Customer Handling:

  • Provide complete travel consultation and support
  • Maintain polite and professional communication
  • Handle client's questions regarding hotels, sightseeing, flights, and travel policies

Operations Support:

  • Confirm bookings with vendors
  • Arrange vouchers (hotel, cab, itinerary)
  • Ensure smooth trip coordination for clients

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of popular tour destinations
  • Ability to handle WhatsApp leads & Meta ad inquiries
  • Good email writing & quotation preparation skills
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Qualifications:

  • 12th / Graduate in any field
  • Travel industry experience preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication can apply

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
