We're looking for a self-motivated, sharp, and career-focused individual who can communicate clearly, build trust with customers, and confidently sell custom holiday tour packages — not just flights or hotels.

If you've worked in travel sales or have strong sales experience and want to grow in the travel industry — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a steady flow of leads across calls, WhatsApp, and web inquiries

  2. Understand customer preferences and suggest personalized holiday packages

  3. Explain inclusions, answer objections, and convince customers to book

  4. Follow up consistently to close deals within defined timelines

  5. Coordinate with operations for smooth post-sale handover

  6. Maintain proper records of communication and conversions

  7. Meet or exceed monthly booking targets

Who Should Apply?

  1. You have experience in sales or holiday package sales (preferred)

  2. You understand how to sell a complete travel experience — not just a flight or hotel

  3. You're confident, convincing, and know how to handle objections

  4. You can speak and type in basic English for calls and WhatsApp

  5. You're stable — no frequent job switching

  6. You're respectful, polite, and driven to grow in your career

  7. You can handle pressure and customer demands with a calm mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
