Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Car Rental Sales Manager to lead and scale our car rental sales vertical. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B sales, corporate accounts, travel agents, and event-based mobility requirements, and can build a strong sales pipeline while managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth for car rental services (corporate, events, long-term rentals, airport transfers, weddings, MICE).
  • Acquire and manage B2B clients including corporates, travel agents, event planners, hotels, and tour operators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales executives.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and rate cards.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and fleet teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track sales performance, conversions, targets, and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Ensure pricing discipline while maximizing margins.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in car rental / travel / transportation sales.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Strong understanding of Delhi NCR mobility market.
  • Experience in handling corporate contracts, events, and travel trade.
  • Leadership experience managing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong closure ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with chauffeur-driven fleets and corporate mobility solutions.
  • Existing network with corporates, event agencies, or travel companies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
