Immediate Joiners PreferredKey Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls for flight bookings and travel queries. Convert leads into confirmed bookings with customized travel solutions. Upsell additional services like hotel bookings, travel insurance, etc. Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Requirements:Experience:Minimum6 months to 2 yearsininternational travel sales only . Prior exposure to theUS travel processis a strong advantage. Proficiency inGDS systems(Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). Strong communication and persuasive selling skills. Comfortable withnight shift(USA timing).
