As a Travel Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling travel-related products and services to individuals and businesses. Your primary responsibilities include creating customized travel packages, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of travel destinations, services, and products offered by the company.
- **Sales Generation**: Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other related services.
- **Customer Consultation**: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- **Customized Itineraries**: Create personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable travel experience.
- **Quoting and Negotiation**: Provide accurate and competitive price quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Cross-selling and Up-selling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services, upgrades, or special offerings to enhance the customer's travel experience.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support before, during, and after the travel experience.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about travel trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to make informed recommendations to clients.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all travel arrangements and customer details are accurately documented and entered into the company's booking system.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors to foster repeat business and referrals.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
