Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Development:
Develop and implement focused sales strategies tailored to high-value accounts. Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to drive product adoption, increase wallet share, and deliver long-term value. - Specification Sales:
Engage with architects, interior designers, project consultants, and other specifiers to promote solutions during the planning and design stages of projects. Deliver product presentations, technical training, and design support to ensure Company's products are included in specifications and bill of quantities (BOQs). - Territory Expansion & Market Development:
Lead business development efforts across assigned regions. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer and specifier needs, monitor competitor activity, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven success in B2B or specification sales, preferably within the building materials, furniture hardware, or interior solutions industry.
- Strong network and experience working with architects, designers, and consultants.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence design and purchasing decisions.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
