Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Solutions Delivery Manager who can lead cross-functional delivery of complex technology solutions across Merago platforms. You will own delivery planning, execution, technical coordination, and client-side success across clinics, hospitals, employers, pharmacies, diagnostics, and enterprise telehealth.

This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication, and a business-process mindset, with the ability to translate requirements into structured implementation plans.

Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.

Business Solutions Delivery Manager
 to lead the end-to-end implementation of our enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do


• Lead 4–12 week delivery projects across clinics, hospitals, employers & partners.


• Translate business workflows into system configurations & deployment plans.


• Work across engineering, product, QA & client teams to deliver on time.


• Own integrations (API, HIS/EMR, diagnostics, payments) & environment readiness.


• Drive onboarding, user training, go-live & post-go-live stabilization.


• Manage stakeholders — from CXOs to doctors to admin teams.

What You Bring


• 7–12 years total experience; 
5+ years as Delivery Manager
 for complex systems.


• Strong technical foundation (APIs, cloud, integrations, deployments).


• Experience in healthcare IT strongly preferred; fintech/enterprise SaaS also relevant.


• Excellent communication, project management & problem-solving skills.


• Ability to run multiple implementations in parallel with high quality.

Education


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required).


• MBA or equivalent experience in business/technology management is a plus.
