Key Responsibilities
· Business Development Leader - defining how organization will operationalize processes, apply technologies, structure the organization, transition and transform and deliver the scope of services
· Solution development – from conceptualizing and structuring the solution, costing-pricing, developing & presenting proposals, writing statements of work, service levels and business outcomes
· Client engagement – proactively engaging internal and external partners in the solutioning, offering development and deal pursuit to close opportunities with existing and new clients
· Delivery assurance – reviewing solutions, commercials and financials across all internal and partner stakeholders to gain alignment with transition, transformation and operational delivery on proposals to existing and new clients
· Sales support – various organization internal teams (e.g.SLS/ BU leadership/PEX leadership/Delivery leadership etc.) to provide the necessary support, thought leadership and collateral on to support our go-to-market execution
· Practice strategy development – Solution lead for healthcare portfolio is a critical role to support account management, sales and expand markets in health tech Service companies. The applicant will have a visible presence within the Healthcare industry by developing a social media strategy, be a thought leader and follow industry trends, author white papers and promote organization service offerings across healthcare industry.
· Support orals, client workshops, and solution defense presentations
· Participate in new business opportunities by giving inputs at pre or post sale, client meeting/presentations etc.
· Ability to sell transformation and value proposition to clients and experience in selling across different service lines and understanding industry offerings
· Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and regulatory environment (HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, etc.).
Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience
· At least 15+ years of overall experience in global, fast paced, healthcare domain, Proven track record of client management, case studies with target growth and ability to resolve issues. Experience in solutioning and leading complex deals with transformation and building a savings profile
· Able to have the ability to farm small to large customer engagements and help grow the accounts across US Healthcare Markets with expanding current services or new offerings. Engage in negotiations and contracting to secure favorable deals with reasonable terms and agreements·
· Drive and help generate leads through various channels and executive connects to expand the client base across US healthcare markets. Responsible to lead and manage end to end sales pursuit (RFP's), manage client relationships while collaborating with the broader sales organization (SLS and BU leaders) to bring forth the best of the solution to meet customer needs
· Pivot to Digital First strategy, by pushing forward digital solutions and services to our clients.
· Take the lead in understanding the critical areas of client's business and offering them consultation and advisory on the back of bespoke solutions.
· Maintain positive working relationships with existing and new clients with a constant focus on premier customer service in a growth-oriented environment.
· Support Business Development teams in new customer acquisitions by providing operational expertise needed to win new clients.
Knowledge Management & Enablement:
· Build and maintain a repository of reusable healthcare solution assets, case studies, pricing templates, and transformation accelerators.
· Represent organization at client forums and internal governance meetings, driving solution innovation and value realization.
Preferred Capabilities/Skills
Leadership experience: Excellent organizational and leadership skills to build strong delivery function and lead by example; strong market knowledge, budgeting, and business operations skills
Industry knowledge: Subject Matter Expert of US Healthcare industry
Financial Acumen: Adhere to budgets, drive revenue targets. Make sound investment decisions based on data to maximize ROI
Commercial knowledge: Ability to analyze sales opportunities and help qualify leads and opportunities.
Relationship management: Skilled in managing relationships with Clients, internal stakeholders and within Business Unit. Ability to communicate across stakeholders to align strategic plan & direction. Identify new opportunities in existing relationships.
