Key Responsibilities: Project/Program Management : Lead and manage the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion using Agile Scrum methodologies Oversee backlog health, velocity, and delivery commitments across distributed teams Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations and budgets Able to manage both time and material and fixed price milestone-based projects Ensure that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards Team Coordination : Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, design, QA, and business teams) Ensure resources are allocated effectively, utilised maximum and resolve any resource conflicts Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve project goals Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership Regularly communicate project status, dependencies, risks, issues, and budget consumption status to stakeholders Gather and manage feedback from clients to ensure expectations are met Risk and Issue Management : Identify, assess, and manage risks or issues that may impact project delivery Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to minimize disruptions Quality Assurance : Ensure that the product or service delivered aligns with customer requirements and quality standards Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. Ownership of product or service quality metrics and corresponding KPIs Understanding of code quality Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, and techniques Conduct retrospectives to review project outcomes and implement improvements in future deliveries Budget and Resource Management : Ensure the project stays within budget and monitor expenditure Manage resource allocations and other expenditure to control costs and maximize margin Business mining and forecast future revenue plans from the projects Oversee resource planning and allocation to avoid delays or resource shortages Key Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills Proven experience in managing complex projects or services Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) Payments domain experience is a plus
