We're looking for a dynamic B2B Sales & Corporate Relations professional to lead employer partnerships and unlock job opportunities for a highly underrepresented talent pool.

What Youll Do

Build and manage B2B partnerships with HR, CSR, and DEI teams across corporates

Lead the entire outreach-to-conversion lifecycle for placement tie-ups

Maintain and track a structured corporate engagement pipeline

Drive repeat partnerships and ensure long-term employer satisfaction

Be a strong advocate for inclusive hiring practices

Ideal Candidate Has

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate relations, recruitment partnerships, or placement coordination

A proven track record of closing hiring or internship mandates

Strong corporate connects and stakeholder management skills

Deep interest in driving diversity and inclusion through employment

MBA preferred, but not mandatory
