We are looking for a high-impact B2B Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales for our
IT training business. This role is about delivering revenue—fast, sustainably, and at
scale. Success here depends on your ability to open the right doors, shape business
conversations, and convert learning needs into large engagements.
Salary Budget -12 to 15 LPA
Experience : 7 to 15 years
Key Responsibilities
- Own Sales Targets: Drive quarterly and annual revenue goals through new client
wins, renewals, and account expansion
- Leverage Relationships: Use strong connects across L&D, Procurement, IT, and
Business leadership to accelerate deal velocity
- Strategic Account Development: Map and expand within large enterprise
accounts across multiple functions and locations
- Consultative Selling: Understand business challenges and workforce capability
gaps; offer tailored, high-impact learning solutions
- Sales Cycle Leadership: Manage the full sales cycle—lead gen, proposal, pricing,
RFP/RFI response, negotiation, and closure
- Solutioning with Teams: Collaborate with Delivery, L&D Consultants, and SMEs
to co-create proposals, calendars, and pricing
- Post-Sales Engagement: Ensure delivery alignment and maintain long-term
relationships for repeat business
- CRM & Forecasting: Maintain clean pipeline visibility and accurate reporting
across opportunities and stages
- Market Awareness: Track competitor strategies, pricing, and client priorities to
sharpen positioning
