We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong network in the AI/ML ecosystem who can help Frostrek identify targeted clients, build relationships, and create new business and collaboration opportunities.
This role is end-to-end business development—from market research and lead identification to connecting with decision-makers and setting up qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential AI/ML companies, enterprises, and projects relevant
to Frostrek's services
- Build a targeted lead pipeline based on domain, use case, and buying intent
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, Heads of AI, Product,
Procurement)
- Initiate conversations and pitch Frostrek's AI service offerings
- Own the process from lead generation to meeting setup
- Leverage existing industry network to accelerate client acquisition and partnerships
- Explore strategic collaborations with AI startups, IT services firms, and platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in BD / Partnerships / Growth within the AI, ML, SaaS, or IT
services domain
- Strong professional network across AI startups, enterprises, or service companies
- Excellent at research, targeting, and outreach strategy
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-driven, relationship-oriented, and outcome-focused
