Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team. In this
role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with
key stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development
: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with
banks, fintech companies, and other financial institutions to enhance our product offerings
and technological capabilities.
*
Distribution Channels Expansion:
Establish relationships with brands and retail outlets
to widen our distribution network. Develop strategies to ensure effective market penetration
and presence.

Promotional Campaigns:
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement
promotional campaigns and exclusive offers through partner channels to boost customer
acquisition and retention.

Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to
align partnership goals with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of
joint initiatives.
*
Market Analysis:
Continuously assess the competitive landscape and partnership
opportunities through market analysis and understanding of industry trends.
*
Contract Management:
Oversee the negotiation, implementation, and management of
contracts with new and existing partners.
*
Performance Metrics:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of partnerships and adjust strategies as
needed.
Requirements -
5+ Years Experience in Partnerships.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term partnerships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
