Guiltfree Industries Ltd (GIL), part of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, focuses on selling healthy packaged snacks, personal care products, and staples through various channels like retail chains, online platforms, and exports.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) based in Vijayawada.

The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, tracking sales performance, and ensuring product availability and visibility. The executive will also work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to align efforts and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Relationship Building skills
  • Experience in Sales Strategy Implementation and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical and Reporting skills
  • Knowledge of Market Trends and Consumer Behavior
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in FMCG sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
