Job Purpose The core purpose of the job is to achieve business growth and gain market share with top accounts in south India by deploying and executing channel strategies The role will also drive customer engagement to gain share of mind share of shelf with key category influencers Key Responsibilities Support the KAM in managing and engaging with the national accounts headquartered in South Region This role would be responsible for all activities of account management with accounts such as Reliance MRL Ratnadeep Lulu and Dmart Support the KAM MT lead in managing the regional engagement and turnover for other non-South accounts Manage the end to end operations for all accounts in other non-south geographies including distributors Manage a team of 3p supervisors Promoters and merchandisers for south region including performance analysis Instore visibility execution as per monthly agreed plans with the various MT accounts Identify new accounts for onboarding within MT Stock management sales plan compliance billing coordination with relevant internal stakeholders for business continuity Data analysis for the region for review and 3p team performance evaluation Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and promo investment strategies to support Modern trade and drive in-store sales Manage relationships with key MT partners ensuring effective execution of promotional activities and merchandising What we are looking for Experience and Qualification 3 to 8 years of experience in sales preferably in the FMCG sector Postgraduate Degree is a must Relevant experience of Modern Trade managing DMart Metro Reliance etc Skills Strong understanding of the FMCG market and MT ways of working Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks What we offer An industry competitive salary and benefits package including company bonus Work with over 130 000 diverse and talented Associates all guided by The Five Principles Join a purpose driven company where we re striving to build the world we want tomorrow today Best-in-class learning and development support from day one including access to our in-house Mars University
