Job Title**:Key Account executive.**

**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Director

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**:

- Conduct engaging product presentations, tailored demonstrations, and virtual or in-person meetings to prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and how they solve client pain points.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**:

- Develop strong, long-term relationships with new clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.
- **Proposal Development & Negotiation**:

- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and pricing models aligned with the client’s requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting & Strategy**:

- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and generate regular reports on pipeline progress and performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies and target goals.
- **Market & Competitor Insights**:

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities.
- Use market insights to position the company's products effectively and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Customer Service & Retention**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding, addressing concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase customer lifetime value.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in [industry/sector] is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales-related software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prospects simultaneously.
- **Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- **Other**:

- A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients (if applicable).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
