Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Executive – OEM Sales located in Hyderabad. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and business goals are achieved.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Relationship Building, Client Management, and Negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge and understanding of plumbing and drainage systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the plumbing, construction, or related industry is an advantage
