Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site
New Business Development Manager
based in Mumbai. This role involves building and leading your own team, generating new leads, managing client accounts, delivering impactful sales presentations, and driving revenue growth with a focus on international markets, including the Middle East, North America, and Europe.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in business development within the IT services industry, focusing on custom software solutions, IT staffing, and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in staff augmentation and workforce management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East and European markets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Relevant experience in IT service companies with a background in custom development sales and IT staffing sales (both onsite and offsite).
  • Prior exposure to international sales is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in new business development and lead generation.
  • Proficient in sales presentations and account management.
  • Effective negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
