Job Description – Senior Manager, Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key and high-value clients.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client queries and issues.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to understand needs and identify growth opportunities.

Service Delivery Management

  • Oversee timely and accurate processing of all client transactions.
  • Ensure quick resolution of client issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client experience.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and review client service metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and client feedback updates to CBD and BD leadership.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and strengthen inter-departmental processes.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Provide training on client management and service best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to cross-border payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in client servicing or account management (preferably financial services/payments).
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

  • Project management and process improvement exposure.
  • Analytical mindset; multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
