Senior Project Manager (Technical | Remote)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Senior Project Manager with a strong technical understanding and excellent client communication skills to manage and deliver multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end execution of web and AI-related projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams — developers, designers, and digital marketers — to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Understand technical requirements related to PHP, WordPress, Python, and AI projects.
  • Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Track project timelines, manage resources, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular meetings and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Motivate, guide, and evaluate the performance of team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Lead.
  • Strong technical background in PHP, WordPress, Python, and familiarity with AI tools or automation projects.
  • Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and client handling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
