Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning and managing Projects delivered from global Hub
• Ensuring the project is estimated & planned comprehensively
• Ensuring the critical path and dependencies are tracked and managed proactively
• Ensuring that risks and issues are identified, and mitigations implemented effectively
• Ensuring risks/issues/dependencies impacting the project schedule / budget / quality is escalated in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the competency team to deliver projects
• Accurately reporting the project status to stakeholders in an agreed frequency Skills:
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget, including the escalation of any to achieving these targets in a timely manner
• Review project scope with the Business, Competency team and identifying and submitting change control requests as appropriate
• Oversee & managing the project dependencies
• Experience in managing projects with Mulesoft is a plus
• Experience in managing data migrations projects is an advantage in a vendor driven model is an advantage
• Escalate risks and issues as appropriate to project stakeholders and the Global Hub – Overall IT Project Manager
• Prepare for and developing regular project updates to the project sponsors and other stakeholders, covering: overall status; financials; resourcing; dependencies; risks and issues in accordance with project governance.
• High level of motivation, flexibility, drive and personal commitment
• Able to collaborate with cross functional teams (competency, TCOE, Delivery Assurance etc) to effectively deliver projects
• Excellent verbal communications with strong written skills and ability to present to all levels of the customer's organization
• Proven experience of managing competency deliverables in high impact high budget programs, working alongside stakeholder groups and external delivery partners
• Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills particularly at senior levels of an organisation
• Able to deal with ambiguity and cope with changeEducation/Experience Experience: 10 To 12 Years  No. of positions: 1 Tenure: 12 months Technical / Professional Qualifications: Educated in Computer Science to degree level Work from home
